The geek squad rep was friendly and very knowledgable. He went right to work , answered every question and explained what he was doing at each step. He removed all trash and stayed as long as necessary to make sure everything was working perfectly.

Bought the TV for my parents. Scheduled Geek Squad to set it up for them. Appointment set up and Geek Sqaud was on time, professional and set up performed quickly, setting up remote, teaching basic use and explaining features very well.

The agents set up my tv andall components. They were fast, efficient and answered a gazillion questions. Fantastic customer service and I am very happy with it.

Initial install and set-up was not accomplished to my satisfaction. I have Netflix and Pandora Radio and the operation instructions offered by the tech who installed our set and sound bar did not provide a comprehensive briefing on how to initialize and use these function. Several call and one home visit from Geek Squad Techs helped a great deal.
