As usualGeek Squad service was excellent - this was our third interaction within just a few weeks. Scott Chappell and his team have done an excellent job from the very start and we are extremely pleased. We did purchase the Geek Squad Total Coverage Package and it was a wise purchase. Mr. Chappell has been beyond responsive and so helpful with all of the questions we had about our new systems. We would most definitely recommend The Best Buy Geek Squad to anyone and have done so to several friends and family members.

Unpacked and mounted television and connected it to my devices and in-house network. Explained various functions and controls. Answered all my questions. Carried away the packaging. They were very courteous and knowledgeable.

The agent installed and connected my tv and patiently explained everything to me. I appreciated his professionalism and courteous manner. He knew exactly what he was doing; he explained everything to me and made sure I understood - I do much appreciated that.

I always worry on setup and installation and things going wrong. That's at least half the real tog et them to do it - since if it does go back with a dropped tv or something its on them. That being said, it was flawless. Best Buy has been using quality service to stay afloat as other big box stores suffer from online sales and its a good strategy.

Installation was fast and done correctly and cleaned upped the packaging materials.

These 2 young men were fantastic. They both were obviously very knowledgeable and very patient explaining everything to us. I have had Geek Squad service before and this most recent service was very much typical excellent service. I would highly recommend these 2 young men - although their names escape me, they were memorable- very professional, kind, and mature!

The Geek Squad team that installed our TV were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made sure we knew how our new TV worked. They are the best! Well worth the fee.

The team that set up my 77" TV and soundbar with woofer did an excellent job. They showed me how to use it all and helped me to setup my apps, like Netflix, etc. They took away all the packing and just left me with a beautiful TV to enjoy.

Excellent Geek Squad. My husband and I were very pleased with the installation and guidance given during set-up. I knew everything was done correctly, and they explained and guided set up of the apps and the appropriate connections were made. Job well done!

Excellent service. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and hooked up everything and then proceeded to explain everything to me on how to operate the new tv.

I had two televisions activated at about the same time at two different residences. The first one went well with an experienced and very capable individual performing the tabletop install and remote sync flawlessly. The 2nd was a tabletop model installed by a somewhat experienced individual who did not complete soundbar synchronization. Another family member was present to supervise the install. Luckily, I had barely enough acumen upon my return to synch the soundbar. Don’t know why the Geek Squad guy told my family member to use a 2nd remote!?!?

The agents were very careful with unpacking my new tv and setting it up, after which I received a brief overview on how to operate it. I was also encouraged to contact Aaron Hyatt if I had any questions. Fortunately, I haven't had to bother him yet.

The geek squad was very efficient and professional. I was particularly impressed that the installers explained to me exactly what they were doing and why.

Best Buy guys delivered and set up a 98" TV and sound system. The box for this TV is a beast. I was very happy to have Best Buy do the work. While setup was free for me, it would be well worth paying Best Buy to do. Delivery people were friendly and efficient. I am a satisfied customer.

Excellent job! Careful unboxing and setup. Initial setup of tv features was good and got soundbar and Roku working correctly. Very happy.

Tony and assistant did a great job setting up my new TV and audio system- efficiently and very neatly bundling all the cords. Also, answered all my questions knowledgeably. Took time to explain how everything worked. Would definitely recommend this service.

Glad I had the set-up completed for me. The installer was very knowledgeable and helpful. The set-up was very satisfactorily done . wouldn't hesitate to do the same next time.

Fast installation and connection to my fiber optic internet. Technician demonstration some basic operation using the accompanying Smart Remote. But I recommend purchasing Samsung Standard Remote for easier navigation to local TV channels.

Jose did fabulous job of fixing my 75 inch Sony tv sound problem. He took a problem that had Dish and others shaking their head. He even fixed a language problem that he had not seen before. It took a lot of ingenuity on his part to fix a Spanish language intrusion problem that had a lot of others shaking their head and saying they didn't know. He took the problem one at a time and got it done. I admired his professionalism and CAN DO attitude. He made every penny spent on GEEK Services seem a hell of an investment
