love the sony 43 inch. originally bought a 55 inch but it was too big for our small room. the same geek team made the exchange - they were fast friendly efficient and most helpful.

The Best Buy Agents did an outstanding job sinstalling and setting up out new 55" TV.

Michael and Chris were professional and very knowledgeable about the set up and then to teach me how to use the various remotes. Michael was very clear and patient in teaching me. Chris programmed my remotes. Appreciated their expertise!!

They came to my house and they did a wonderful job they was very polite and a hook up my smart TV with no problem. The gentlemen show me different things that the TV does and I was happy with the job thank you.

The 2 gentlemen that came !!!o set up our 50" TV were brilliant. They were perfect on time, and did the most amazing job EVER! Kudos to this crew. They knew everything and did everything. We were more than pleased!!!

As stated in my review of my tv, in order to get a voice on the tv I have to press the power button on the Comcast controller and the SAT/ CATV button on the Sony controller. I do not know if this is normal or not. I thought the tech said I might have to do it “Sometimes.”

Two Geek Squad guys did a great job setting up new TV with antennae in attic - so we can get rid of Direct TV. They were pleasant, prompt, and competent!

The agents set up TV and made all the needed connections and tested the system to be sure everything worked properly and then reviewed the different functions of the TV and sound bar.

Well worth it. Bought this to have my son's new TV installed. Technician not only mounted it but showed my son all of the added little features of the TV and connected it to our wifi.

Felix was extremely helpful and knowledgeable . He had to deal with multiple issues and was patient and made sure the job was done correctly.

I loved the white glove service. The service technicians attention to detail, walked us through their actions with supporting information and stood up our product as requested.

The two service technicians that came to hook up my entertainment system were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time before leaving to make sure I understood how to operate my system and new remote.

I really appreciated the service I received. The two representatives went above and beyond in hooking up my new TV. They even hooked up my DVD player for me.
