I am so glad we got the setup. Two technicians were knowledgeable and very polite. Everything got connected quickly and without a problem. Tech did a nice job of showing be how to operate and go through the options. Very satisfied.

We ordered a tv for a friend who is totally blind. That’s why we ordered a smart tv with Alexa. Our friend could use the television using the Alexa voice for the tv shows as well as the program guide. When the first person arrived from the geek squad, he didn’t even know how to set up alexa . I had to call the Best Buy in her area to get someone in advance tech to come to her home the next day. This shouldn’t have happened. I told customer service over & over that our friend is totally blind and they should make sure alexa would work with the television.

The guys swapped out my bedroom 42" old heavy plasma TV for a new 55: Insignia Roku TV and were able to use the existing mount, saving me the price of a new one. They were quick and friendly, explaining and demonstrating how the new TV worked.

Baylee Kinney was a GREAT SERVICE AGENT!!! She was very kind and understanding on the problem that I was having. She used every angle of troubleshooting to combat the issue.

I bought a tv online and it was delivered, set up, and working the very next day. Javier was the installer and he did a great job. Couldn't be any happier with this purchase.

Generally satisfied with the tv installation with limited explanation on how to use the smart tv (our first smart tv). Had to purchase a new cable for hook up from them and never got a receipt.

The 2 technicians were on-time, calling about 20-30 minutes before for a heads-up. They came prepared and worked efficiently. They proved to be helpful and professional and patiently answered my questions.

The agents were friendly but seemed to be in a rush and really didn’t go over the tv and explain its functions on such an expensive tv. They said my Xbox hooked up to the tv but it wasn’t.

They can and installed the sound system along with a new Samsung smart tv. Very professional,cleaned any mess. They set up the whole system and gave me a tutorial. Would definitely use again!

Hamilton did a wonderful job installing my new tv and Roku system. He was very informative and explained everything to this non-techie person. I was very pleased.

Our geek squad installer was very helpful. He even brought a mat in to set his tools on. He was super quick, in and out in a half hour. Even texted the night before letting me know when he planned on heading my way the next morning
