    The gentleman came and worked with my TV set up. He made recommendations that seemed sound and we went with them. I was very impressed that he came on time, was tidy, and very very proficient. I will happily use their service again.

    The hookup for my new smart TV was complicated and a challenge for the installer. However, he was very patient in making sure everything was connected correctly. It works perfectly now. Thankful for such professionalism.

    No mounting was performed. Tech connected Sony Bravia TV with Bose sound bar and sub woofer. Locating Bose Sound Bar 700 in front of the base of the TV partially blocks the remote control transmission, but I can live with this.

    Yup! Best Buy does a good job with the Geek Squad. The man that installed, Chad, is exceptional. Years, upon years with Best Buy and worth every penny!

    When I called I was told that wall mount would be done with no wires showing. But on brick that cannot be done. The tech did a good job and was very helpful and very customer oriented. Great job on his part.

    Moved my old 50" plasma to a bedroom and set up the new 65" OLED. I realized I couldn't lift it without risking breaking it. Very helpful and friendly.
