The guys moved a tv to another room for us & set it up for us there. Then they set up the new TV in the family room. They also removed an old television for us! They were friendly and very accommodating.

Jason was outstanding with my install and he answered all of my questions along with walking me through the tv making sure i was familiar with the remote and just making sure it was working properly. Super install.

I felt a little guilty having a 3 man Geek Squad crew deliver the television and hook up the OTA antenna. Very clean and smooth operation.

The techs knew what they were doing, but they were in a big hurry. Had to really make them stop and answer our questions. We felt very rushed, and because all the technology was new to us, we didn't feel that we got the best service.

The Best Buy installer was amazing! Arrived early, wore protective gear. Was so clean, neat and efficient. Exceeded ALL of our expectations. Would definitely use Best Buy services again!
