They were on time and completed the installation perfectly. Explained everything to me. Excellent service!

Agents delivered and installed my TV with no issues whatsoever. They programmed everything to my cable service, and it works great.

The television was a large, smart screen with internet capabilities. The hooked up all the components including access to our wifi. Then they spent time explaining how everything worked and encouraged any concerns or questions I might have.

Agent was helpful and knowledgeable, unlike the store tech that sold me the wrong components and a Roku I did not need

On time for appointment, very quick set up. Was very helpful on setting up my internet and apps.

My installer did a great job installing the TV and setting it up. The interfaces were labeled. And, he showed my how to use the set. The problem was he secured the cables so tightly I couldn't make any changes or cut them off. So, Geek Squad had to come out to remove them. Not a big deal in the larger scheme of things. At least I didn't have to lift a 65" TV.

The agents mounted my home theater projector perfectly. It works great and was completed in approximately 30 minutes. Picture is great and fits perfectly to my screen.

Whenever possible I have the Geek Squad install my products. Whenever I decide to do it myself I always seem to come accross a problem.

The setup itself was fine— once the items were finally available. The planning and scheduling were horrible. The package was purchased on March 1st and the earliest date for the installation was March 12th. We rearranged our personal schedule to be available but on the morning of March 12 we received a phone call telling us that the stand was not in but would be available on the following day. We rearranged our schedule again for March 13 but when the contractor (UNIQ) arrived with the TV he did not have the stand and we agreed he could not continue. I immediately went to the Bridgewater store (for some inexplicable reason the items were dispatched from the East Brunswick store) to express my frustration and disappointment and the rep went to the back of the store and came back with the stand!!! The installation had to be rescheduled once again — this time for March 15th— and again we rearranged our schedule. The installation itself was completed on March 15 th within 30 minutes. The Geek Squad rep was terrific. The back office scheduling system and the communication between the various groups seems to be extremely poor.

The geek squad delivered my tv unpacked it and set up all the channels. Answered all my questions and took away all the packing materials. Love the tv great color!

Very Professional and Efficient. TV Connected and Works perfectly for a less than average skill set concerning electronics. Geek squad install eliminated a lot of frustration.
