Sharp picture, lots of apps, easy to set up, not heavy - easy to move around. works well with computer. Best Buy set up was quick and on time.

Agents were knowledgeable, friendly and clean. I was given a training session for the new remote and the options it offered. They took my old TV and placed it in my car to take back to Best Buy.

Unboxed and set up the tv to my existing system. Adjusted height and also connected to internet and updated software.

I worked with Chris and Don. I received a call the day before the appointment to confirm the tentative time of arrival and service. Then the day of, Chris called and let me know they would be arriving within an hour. That was awesome! He and Don did a fantastic job setting up the TV. They were professional, on time, wore booties to cover their shoes, which I appreciated since it snowed the day before. They did an excellent job sharing with me the features of the TV and made sure I was comfortable with everything before departing. I purchased this TV after returning an LG 70". This TV is perfect. The picture and sound are great and it refreshes quickly. And it comes with a solid remote instead of the crappy light weight remotes that you generally get from LG. If you are a streamer and not a cable subscriber, this is the TV for you. Pair it with the latest Apple TV and a CAT 5 cable for theater style color and sound. No need for a sound bar!

Two Geek Squad persons to install & interconnect every component (5) of a new entertainment center--to a new circuit breaker that will be the only line of defense ever needed to protect from loss again, my entire entertainment center. Efficient, fully coordinated in their work; effective, readily understood in their communication; meticulous in their attention to each component in its own function--and in its integration with the additional components. They concluded with handing me the remote control device--now, quite literally the authentic extension of my choices, allowing me to execute each one with ease and clarity. A perfectly unified operating system is precisely what the two Geeks produced for me.

I have depended on Geek Squad for most of my tech needs from simple WifFi, to TV & Sonos integration, mesh networks and now two OLED installations one of which was more than complex.Geek squad has always been great. Ayden Gorges team was phenomenal. The installs were professionally done in a very reasonable amount of time and the te team made certain that we understood how to access the internet based stream service that they integrated into out new TV's. Really like the new 85 inch tv. Football looks great on it. Can’t wait for hockey season. The two guys that set up the tv were super nice and answer all my questions. Now we need a sound bar.

Thank goodness I received the setup from the Geek Squad. I never could of handled myself. The TV delivered was broken right out of the box. I woudl have spend hours thinking I was setting something up incorrectly, but they knew, and then took it back, and arranged for another one, and they called me to set up the delivery and install of a new TV. Other than the unfortunate 2 additional days without that TV, they took care of all the issues and when they came to install the new one, it was the same tech so he knew the issues, and they did a wonderful job hooking it, and al my components up as well as the FIOS remote set-up and even giving me a tutorial on how to handle the smart features of the Samsung TV.

The installers hooked up the TV with the cable, Roku, and DVD player. They gave a lesson on how use the remotes. They disposed the old TV and cleaned up after installation.

The two delivery and setup people who delivered the TV were amazing. They called ahead of time to let me know the estimated time. Carried the new TV up to the second floor, put it into place, made sure all of the wires were bundled nicely and put away. They walked through the initial setup and validated some settings with me before changing. Both were very knowledgeable about the product and making the setup look good.

I graduated from a 42" Plasma TV to this Q60T Smart TV. I was really concerned that I would not get as good a picture as what I was getting with the Plasma model but am very pleased to report that the picture quality is just as good, if not a bit better. It's also very nice to have the ability rely on the Geed Squad. They came out and very quickly and easily set up my new TV. They then took the time to show me how to add streaming programs, how the remote worked, and different little insights to making sure everything ran smoothly.

They were here when they said they would be. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They answered all my questions and gave me a quick tour of the workings of the TV.

The gentleman that came and installed our new tv, dvd, Apple TV was very good and professional. Did everything that needed to be done and made sure we knew how to work everything.
