They set up our new tv and sound system, showed us how to use everything. We have had to have someone come back out once, but it was a minor thing that we should have known, the tech was wonderful and didn't make us feel stupid.

This TV is so complex we were so glad that the Technician set it up for us. He spent nearly over an hour setting it up. Then he spent almost another hour explaining how to use our new 4K TV. We definitely feel it was money well spent.

failed to get lit high enough on the wall it interferes with the remote have to hold the remote above my head to operate spoke with a manager monday the firts anhd he said he would get them out here to correct it but have not hjeard from hiom today 3/4/21
