Nice to have person hook up and install products to TV. Tech need to let consumer do more hands on to how to operate the remote control. Did not know how much time tech could really spend on all the setup

installation went off without a hitch. Geek Squad member synchronized all hookups to one remote in very little time. Set up tv with proper lighting, tuning etc. for maximum enjoyment.

Sony XBR-X900F 85” set was a high risk install with anything but the Geeks. I certainly would have dropped it or at least banged it. No brainer! Get Total Tech Support! This service is only $49 with it. What a deal!

It was like having Santa Claus stand in for my well known tv service provider who proved unreliable. The Geek installed my Arris router and was very diplomatic over the phone coordinating with my tv service.
