The men doing the installation were great. They did a very good job.

We would not have been able to set it up and get to work ourselves. Even they had a hard time figuring out how to connect everything and to get all the gadgets connected properly.

The geek squad team that came out was very professional, and I loved that I didnt have to do anything. I actually went and baked some cookies while they were working. They showed me how to use my cable too! Very excellent service.

The geek squad was very good. My tv was quickly set up. Instructions were very good and easy to understand how things worked. Cleaned up and was out of the house in a timely manner.

The agents called when they were on their way and had the tv up and running in no time. They showed me how to program the tv and its other functions and made sure i understood before they headed out.

1st tech did not explain TV to parents, said head phones were not compatible, and he had 2 more appointments , so he couldn't give them the time they needed!!! 2nd Tech made everything right!!

Very nice picture quality - it is the perfect size to fit into our old and nice entertainment cabinet that we've had for 30 years! Just fits - 43" is perfect. This is a very nice TV, that anyone would enjoy!

I had a unique situation when hooking up my television, I needed a high definition cable that was at least 22 feet long and this was the only product that I could find that was long enough, it was 24 feet long and did the trick.

Robbie (Robert) of the Geek Squad was extremely thorough and helpful In the installation of my TV, modem, and router through the cable box. He was courteous and very professional.

The guys showed up on time and did an excellent job with the set of the TV.
