    The Geek Squad mounted our new 65” TV and got it commented to our streaming service. Helped us cut the cable (we are going with Hulu plus Live TV). Enjoying everything about the experience.

    The agent setup my TV and stand efficiently. He then connected my TV to the audio equipment and synced up my remote for simplicity! I would recommend Geek Squad to family and friends!

    The tech did a great job of getting my new Smart TV connected and working well. Went above and beyond by returning to make the final connection for my VCR -- cable had to be ordered. Once done, everything has operated perfectly!

    Two me showed up, set up TV and programmed and explained how to use WiFi if I wanted other options. What I didn't know at the time was that they would charge after 3 months if something went wrong, even though I purchased a 5 year warranty.

    Thorough explanations and instructions were given for how to operate new tv system. Installers were patient and used easily understood language and allowed me to practice while they were there to assist me. A+ service!,

    The Geek Squad installed 4 wall mounts-(2 in brick and stone walls) ,connected all my devices, and programmed my Universal remote. Very good at explanations, courteous, and helpful. Great experience!!

    The Geek Squad set up the new 50" tv, the sound bar, blue ray DVD player. Everything worked perfectly and they spent the time I needed to make sure I understood how to use the multiple remotes. The whole system is great!!!
