Best Buy initially send a third party service for the connectivity. After they messed-up the DirectV and other connections, the Geek Squad fixed everything. Decline a third party service and hold-out for the Geek Squad.

My new product was setup incorrectly. Three men and not one could figure out the problem. My sound system did not immediately sync with my new television. All of my components were up to date including the HDMI cord. After the in person “setup” left I contacted Geek Squad on the phone and the rep resolved my issue in seconds. There is a specific HDMI port that must be used and it was a simple connection. I’m glad I didn’t pay for this service with the new system.

The agent installed my tv and connected all my devices to it. He he'd me with all my questions and answered them well.

The best decision I made was pay of Geek squad service. The are the best.

The Two technicians installed my television and attachments. Everything was to my satisfaction except to operate my television, I have to use 3 controllers, direct tv, television and sound bar. I anticipated that I would be able to operate normal daily operations with one controller.

Gabe did a great job of coming to my house on a Saturday after best buy dropped the ball and didn't deliver on Friday as scheduled.
