The installation team installed my new smart TV and taught me how to use the TV remote in conjunction with my cable remote.

Technician was professional, pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up everything afterwards and discarded, leaving me nothing to do other than turn on TV. Process was smooth and he had TV plus all auxiliary devices hooked up in a jiffy. I've tried multiple times to upload a picture but was unsuccessful!

The installation included installing a wall mount for the TV. Make sure you specify this in the initial installation instructions. The setup included wiring old speakers and integrating old equipment with the new. And one remote control works for everything. The agents were even able to adjust the console housing the electronics to fit everything in. Above and beyond expectations

Arrived timely, did the job quickly, set everything up, and hauled away OLD picture tube TV. Kind of expensive if just getting the set up, but with haul away then the price was okay.

It was great having 2 Geek Squad members to bring in and install the television. It literally took both of them to do it. Also, glad that they were able to arrive while still daylight (since the order had noted on it that no neighborhood or home exterior lighting available. They were technically savy also when it came to setting up the operational components of the tv and teaching us how to do all the things that we hope to do with the system. They also coded in our wi-fi with the television. We are very happy customers following this experience.

The 2 men who delivered and set up my 65 inch Samsung TV were efficient, polite, and and really knew their stuff.

Worth the money..disposed of old tv and set up everything on new tv including wifi ..remote control (have DISH TV) ..and reconnected my DVD player and disconnected my VCR ..very professional service

The agents were prompt and polite. They got everything hooked up and were kind enough to show me how to work the remote They also arranged for switching to cable from tv in a very easy way for me to do! Very grateful for that and the tutoring they gave!!

The second attempt to deliver and set up our new tv was great. The representatives were professional and efficient. The first attempt was disappointing because, through no fault of their own, they were given an out-of-box tv to deliver and set up rather than a brand new one which we had purchased. The rep quickly identified the issue when he opened the box the first time and informed us -- including several options.

When my wife and I purchased a new television for our living room we wanted our previous television relocated to or family room and a new surround sound receiver installed there as well along with a Harmony remote. I can’t say enough about the quality of the Geek Squad experience. They relocated the television and installed the new receiver as well as programmed the new remote. They reconfigured all the tangled mess of cables and wires that had accumulated over the years. When they completed the set up we now have an organized, efficient and flawlessly operating theater set up. They truly are the best part of the Best Buy experience.

The agents setup the TV on the TV stand, setup the TV functions and provided us with information regarding the technology of the TV. They were quick and asked if we wanted to keep the TV box or have them remove it.

The technicians who came out were wonderful, we actually had 3 appointments. First one was just the delivery as Best Buy online didn't specifically ask us about mounting before setting up the appointment, even though mounting was included in the Totaltech purchase. Second, this was our fault we didn't buy the correct mount. Third times a charm and they mounted the TV in record time.

The two installers got everything hooked up and running very quickly. They were very professional and answered all questions. Recommended for anyone buying a larger TV.

No regrets on this purchase. TV has a very sharp picture with true colors. The Geek Squad arrived on time and set my new TV up to work with existing Comcast. Showed me all things related to Roku so when I eventually cut cable out, I’ll know what I’m doing. My “agent” must have been a teacher in a previous life. After he explained everything, he gave me the remote and had me duplicate what he had done. That made a huge difference in my learning. The Tv is perfect and the delivery was perfect. With Best Buy’s price match guarantee, why shop anywhere else.

Geek Squad has always been such a good experience for me. They are knowledgeable and helpful. The technician set up my tv and laptop and showed me how to increase my speed on an old computer by using ethernet cable. He was helpful with Roku also. I always get more than just basic service with Geek Squad.
