When we set up the TV we could not get the screen filling out the full screen. It was cut off and we could not figure out how to fix.

I would recommend using the geek squad when you are setting up a large TV and the surroundsound system they are experts in the field and take away the headache of you trying to set it set it up yourself.

The tech person obviously knew what he was doing but seemed as though he was running short on time. He was not patient with my internet speed. For those of us that are not tech savvy, patience is greatly appreciated.

Best Buy agents were fantastic, they knew exactly what to do and took time to explain and demonstrate the product.

The team was awesome, great job, these guys were in and out in not time at all, cleaned and took away any debris from the order.

due to late delivery not enough time to fully explain tv. they will be back in 2 weeks to do a more thorough job. surge protector not installed

Chris and his partner did a fine job delivering, installing the new set and taking away the 15 year old one.

The TV hookup, replacing an existing set in a tight, difficult location, went very smoothly. The Geed Squad man could not have been more helpful and stood ready to answer any questions I had for him.

The Geek Squad came in and set up my new tv and sound bar and was well informed on how to operate it.

actually the setup was totally simple--unpack and plug in! A friend and I could have done it all or at least did not n eed more than delivery! Therefore, totally over expensive!

This time the replacement TV was set up much better, explained to us much better and fixed the volume and explained other things to us about sound bars and Apple TV.

they called several times updating the coming service. the techs called in route and showed up on time. they were very courteous, clean and explained everything they were doing and answered all of our questions. the only negative was they did not run the cables correctly/neatly and did not put the covers on the back.

The agent unpacked the new TV and set it up with connects to all the other devices including a new sound bar. He was right on time and followed ALL Covid precautions.

Too many requests for a review. I already reviewed several times and no acknowledgement of my suggestions. The Sony is excellent as were the geek staff.
