The guys who installed and set up our new 55" SONY TV were polite, efficient and made sure all our questions were answered before they left. They also helped us sign up for the Best Buy protection plan. Nice experience.

two (2) Geek Squad techs came out to hook up antenna to TV (getting rid of satellite service) as well as double check all other connections ... record player, reel-to-reel player, tuner, and Blue Ray box.

It’s important to have Geek Insurance coverage for my 82” tv. 5 years warranty if something happen to my tv!??? Replace or fix ? Not cost my money!!! Think about it!

THE GUYS INSTALLED THE 86" TV WHICH WAS A MONSTER JUST TO HANDLE IT. SET IT UP AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE AND INSTALLED THE OTHER ACCESSORIES TOO. GREAL DEAL.
