Screen was broken when taken out of the box. The Geek Squad guys went with me back to store to get another TV (better size), then back to my house to set up and connect. I was very grateful for their expertise.

This was worth it. They are very efficient and those tvs are so thin and fragile, I was worried I would have damaged the screen if I tried this on my own.

Got a new 75" TV..sound bar and blu-ray. Had Roku and DirecTV...techs made sure all worked and synced together. So easy for them...we'd still be reading instructions. Total tech is TOTALLY worth it!

uverse never worked well after installation -- we kept getting Samsung menu -- still a problem we have to watch for == we are using UtubeTV which works better we had to cancel uverse which we really liked We have a SECOND Geek Squad to fix problems for which we were charged another installation charge

The Geek squad was terrific. Two men came and got the TV installed before my husband got home. They pulled it out on the mount and positioned it so he can watch from his chair. It is too high for me to move easily.
