Hooked up my existing home theater system and adjusted

A nice gentleman named Michael came out to our house. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our projector mounting situation. He wired everything up, got us all hooked up and now we are enjoying movies like Star Wars and Avatar on our 134" screen. Highly recommend! Can't wait for football!

Everything was correctly done. They were very neat and careful in my home.

Delivery was fine however there was a number of missing items form this order. Not very happy with the outcome. I would not recommend purchasing the open box without first opening the box and making sure that everything is in it.

I always use the Geek Squad when buying large purchases and need with the installation. They are always polite, knowledgeable, and very thorough.

Agent rapidly demonstrated at no charge how to connect my FireTV to my DirecTV, which their Technical Services did not know how to do.

The agent we’re very efficient and polite. Work was done very well. They made sure everything was operating properly as well as making sure we were comfortable operating everything.

Finally a knowledgeable and qualified expert advised us and installed the equipment properly. It took 4 attempts and multiple visits to the store.

The salesperson was to add several notes on what supposed to be done. He didn’t but the technician was kind enough to do them.

On time. Pleasant. Educated me. Done a very good job. I am getting tired with you repeatedly asking for me feedback but that related to the Best Buy service not the Geek Squad. Please do not ask for my feedback again. I have done this twice before.

They delivered to the 2nd floor. Were done setting up the tv and devices within an hour!

Dave is the delivery guy and the set-up man. He is so polite and knowledgeable. He did a great quick job on the set-up and explained everything in a way that I could understand. And he arrived when he said he would!

Geek Squad Agents did a great job of setting up new Sony TV, SONOS Sound Bar. Not only were they neat and careful but they did a great job of programming everything and explaining the operation of the system.

The agents connected all devices and coordinated them to cable service.

Julian was helpful & a through & great installer of my Samsung.

Agents installed the Firebox into the home audio system incorporating switching the av to allow watching of Hulu. Work was done in a timely and expeditious manner.

My home is a two level duplex built in the 60’s into the side of a hill. Wi fi could not reach lower level of the house. Now it does. Excellent service to someone not born with a cell phone in her hand
