Bought a Samsung 65" OLED 8K TV Great picture even for older TV programs. Worth every penny. And the GEEK Squad guys that delivered it and set it up were great

Great help, set up and hauled away old tv, excellent service and so friendly, made sure everything was done and that I understood everything before they left.

Install is good and screen displays beautifully. I just started it today, so far so good. I am happy with this LG TV and would recommend it also.

So far my new Sony works very well. And the 2 men who installed it were absolutely terrific. At the end I had arranged for them to take away the old TV and the box for the new one. The only truly bad part if that I keep finding a pending charge of $49.99 on the credit card I used. It is charged, removed, charged again, removed again. It has been happening over and over since I purchased the TV. I owed a one-time $49.99 for their hauling away my old TV. BUT IT'S TIME TO STOP THIS BY NOW!!! I can't seem to get an explanation from Customer Service. Please look into this.

The agents were very careful with unpacking my new tv and setting it up, after which I received a brief overview on how to operate it. I was also encouraged to contact Aaron Hyatt if I had any questions. Fortunately, I haven't had to bother him yet.

The agent mounted the my TV within minutes and was very friendly and professional.

Two Geek Squad members installed out new TV and connected our existing soundbar in a professional and courteous visit. They also assisted us in learning the remote and connecting with outside streaming services .They were very polite and took the time to make sure we understood their installation and walked us through the setup.I am very happy we used them in this process and would repeat if another setup for another unit was needed.

The Geek squad was very knowledgeable and professional. They installed and set-up my new TV quickly and efficiently. They also explained the basic operations in a clear and non-technical language for me.

Been hesitant to sign up for the Geek Squad service but with all the new tech I decided to try it. The Tech that came out and set up my TV did a great job, got it connected to a new soundbar and got everything working with the Echo's and all the side items. Sense then I had a Tech come out to help with getting my other smart home devices all synced and working and he did a great job. So far my 2 experiences have been really good and am planning on continuing to use the service.

I had an oldy but a goody TV set that was obviously going downhill for awhile. I was not looking forward to switching to a smart TV that is connected to the internet and would need to be set up in my network. The Geek squad did all this for me and the fellow walked me through how to work the internet connection. I am not a pro yet switching from roku to regular TV, but I am learning slowly all the advantages of being up to date with the times. Picture is very clear and I find myself taking advantage of the movie selections to watch them on the big screen rather than my computer monitor. Could not have been easier thanks to the help of professsionals(not that they were needed). Well worth the extra setup charge in my mind to make sure the connections were done properly.

Tony and assistant did a great job setting up my new TV and audio system- efficiently and very neatly bundling all the cords. Also, answered all my questions knowledgeably. Took time to explain how everything worked. Would definitely recommend this service.

The representative hooked everything up seamlessly and gave me instructions on how to operate the remote, etc. Very helpful and ON TIME!

I've installed plenty of electronics in my day but it is worth the money to have a high end device such as the 65" Sony Bravia 4k set up by the Geek squad. The tech unloaded the TV with no trouble and it was evident he knew exactly what to do as far as unpacking and assembly. Moreover, rather than read the manual to proceed through the setup, he quickly went to the on-screen prompts and both executed the commands as well as explained what he was doing and what each choice would mean. Outside of a few streaming issues we've had when the cable went out due to bad weather we've had no problems. When it did go out, because we stepped through the setup at the time of installation, I had no problem re-connecting.

It wasn't Geek that did install but outside contractor. He did a good job and got it working and Netfix installed. pleasant person and took time to show me how to use.

The geek squad installers where quick and efficient… afterwards they explained how to operate all of the new equipment.

The Geek Squad members who set up my new TV did an excellent job. They arrived on time, were very courteous and knowledgeable, and explained what they were doing so I was left with a sense of a job well done.

Buying the tv was a good experience. The salesperson was informative and professional. Answered all questions and was not a hurry-up and get-gone. Geek squad did super job setting up.

Whether or not to use the assistance of the Geek Squad to deliver and set up their new TV is a question that more Best Buy customers are asking themselves as average TV sizes continue to increase. Gone are the days when most TV buyers purchased a television they could place in their sedans or small vehicles and set up themselves after connecting a couple of cords and cables. Today the average TV purchased in the USA has a diagonal of 65", and it is becoming commonplace for people to turn their living rooms into entertainment centers with TVs above 75" as the centerpiece. Although we purchased a midsize TV by current standards, my wife and I decided to pay for the Geek Squad service to deliver and set it up and are pleased that we did. After calling to let us know they were on the way, two Geek Squad installers arrived in the time window we had agreed upon. Both were professional and customer oriented, and it was apparent they knew what they were doing. Before leaving they explained whatever we needed to know about the TV and its remote, and answered any questions we had. We definitely believe we made the right decision to use the assistance of the Geek Squad, and recommend their delivery and installation service to others.
