Both geek squad techs were highly knowledgeable. They were very respectful with all our questions. Asked if there was anything else they could do. They hooked up our surround sound on our den TV when Verizon tech didn’t bother to do. Wish I could have them both on direct dial.

Best Buy geeks brought my new TV, hooked it up at everything I use with a TV set...and it rocks. NO mistakes from their end. Nothing but fun from mine. Actually, I'm so happy and confident after this process, I'm already planning on the next upgrade from LG. Should be a tad under a year from now; but, I know BBY folks will resolve any questions I have.

The Geek Squad members who set up my new TV did an excellent job. They arrived on time, were very courteous and knowledgeable, and explained what they were doing so I was left with a sense of a job well done.

This was definitely a good decision on my part. The technicians were careful in setting it up. They were very professional in what they knew and how to connect my various devices such as sound bar and streaming boxes. They fixed the cords so they weren’t hanging all over everything. They asked me questions so they would do it my way. They patiently showed me how to maneuver, how to connect, etc. I am so pleased.

If we could give our Geek Squad tech 10 stars, we would. Knowledgable, personable, efficient, effective, thorough, considerate, and a great teacher. After spending the time necessary to simplify the sound system that was a mess, Hans walked us through the operation with our new remote, new tv and new DVD player. His answers to our questions were clear, and he made sure we had contact information for future questions. Simply outstanding. Exceeded our expectations in every possible way. Bravo!!!!

I was very impressed with how thorough the guys were. Measuring and re-measuring, checking the level and making sure my tv would be well placed for watching ... Yet out of the way to avoid hazards. Great teamwork between the two. Not a single wasted move. Your installers are very valuable members of your team. They represented you well with their speed, knowledge and professionalism. They also listened and taught me only what I needed to know ... Not wasting time on all the fancy extras that I don't care about. Well done!

The guys did a great job setting up my new OLED and showing me how to use it and explaining various features. I just switched from long term Samsung user to LG so have a learning curve on the menus .

We opted for Geek Squad service over sub-contracted installers and are so glad we did! Our “Geek”, Mike Green, was so friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about our new TV and how to hook everything up! He was so careful getting the 65-inch TV out of the packing! He set up our cable system, the remotes, and the separate sound system and took his time explaining things so we understood (we are old, lol!). I will always use Geek Squad from now on!

I highly recommend. when you make a big TV investment you want that equipment set up to supply the best image possible. Also, a DYI you risk making errors, and it's a more than 1 person job. Team on my set up was on time, professional and fast. Worth every penny. Nice people.
