    Excellent service. Agents connected and set up my second tv very well. They were courteous, competent and clean. Wore masks entire time.

    The installers polite and helpful. They did demonstrated most of the the bell and whistles but I found out this unit was more sophisticated than I first thought and I guess they did not have the time to cover all minutia.

    The Geek Squad unboxed and set up my new Sony 4K TV in a short amount of time. They programmed the remote and removed the old TV. Nice clean cable arrangement. couldn't be happier. Fair price for labor.

    The guys were very knowledgeable and knew their stuff. I had them hook up tv to an existing surround sound system that is about 8 years old, and add fire tv, and Rory knew exactly how to handle. Impressive!!

    Techs positioned the television in cabinet but not address the built in software issue. They tried but ended up taking back the new tv and resetting the old.

    Dustin was excellent in using the space to set up all aspects of my entertainment system. He answered all my questions. I am really enjoying, with ease, all aspects of my system
