Geek Squad replaced the TV in my (90+ year old) parents' home. I was 1000 miles away and the techs communicated with me every step of the way. Great service and communication!

We haven't been able to listen to surround sound since the new cable box was installed and geek squad was able to connect the new tv and surround sound and cable box so it now works. It is great!! Thank you!!!!

Geek squad were very nice. I wasn’t home when they got there, but they instructed my mom on a few thing. They had a few questions for me and they contacted me via cell phone.

Oh these guys were awesome, could not have done it without them. The most polite an knowledgeable guys about this TV and if I ever had a problem with this TV, the are the guys I would want to service it.

I asked several people to install 5.1 surround system and they all were very expensive. Finally I called Best Buy and they send me a persona to analyze my home and game me a great prise. Love the work they done l.

Install and setup was quick and painless. Worth the cost. Product knowledge could be better. Hooked up external speakers to an EX-LINK port. That does not work. Considering TV's size and weight, it was $$ well spent. Nice guys, very careful with our new big tv and our home & furnishing.
