    Installation of my tv was wonderful. Tech was knowledgeable and efficient . Organized the cords. Programmed the remote, directv and helped me understand the new unit. Best Buy is great.

    The guy's set up an antenna in our attic an set up a Roku device on our TV. They did a great job with everything and took time to show us how to use

    I used Geek Squad to set up my new tv and take away the old one and recommend it to all. Very nice and went through all the steps to make sure internet/wireless was connected properly and sound was clean.

    I'm absolutely disgusted. You were supposed to take away my old TV and didn't. The taking away of my old TV is now on its 6th attempt. All previous times were canceled or unprepared. I have wasted my time being at home away from my work to wait for this disaster. I will go somewhere else next time.
