    They were obviously well experienced in drilling and mounting a wall bracket on a BRICK wall such as our sunroom. They cleaned up the dust and waste and left the room as they found it.

    Excellent service. Service came in time and new what they were doing. They set up the tv very fast and even mounted the tv on my sanus tv stand.

    The sound bar isn't loud enough, the electric cord is too taut into the wall, and the TV often doesn't turn on, so I have to come back later and try again. A technician is coming back to look at everything.

    After the agents arrived to set up my new TV, it was discovered that the existing stand was not compatible with the new TV but they quickly remedied the problem and got it set up in time for Christmas present.

    My new tv was installed and all my other devices were hooked up TO TV. They paired my wifi and then showed all the different things this tv has to offer. Great job Geek Squad.
