RAFAEL CANDEIL TV INSTALLER GREAT AND VERY INFOMING, SHANE the second guy who installed the speaker set up and explained remotes not so much. He charged way to much for what little he did. I would highly recommend RAFEL but not Shane,

Two highly qualified members of the Geek Squad showed up when they said they would (even called in the AM to confirm they were coming.) Were very efficient plus took a lot of time to explain how the Smart TV works.

Agent took care of delivery, unpacking and setup including all necessary wiring and then answered all questions we had.

The guys knew what they were doing and everything worked fine when they left.

Technicians arrived on time. They were very professional and followed Covid protocols. They made sure everything worked AND they took away the large box!

I assumed that because I paid for the coverage, an actual Geek Squad member would come to install. Instead, a 3rd party contractor came. Although he was mannerly and friendly, I felt we got the "bum's rush" when I wanted more info about the actual TV and how it works. After the initial visit, we called again to have someone out because the color is not good. I'm not sure if it's the actual television or how it's set up. I tried twice to get a REAL Geek Squad person to come and both times, I wound up cancelling because they want to send the same guy back! I had to go physically to the Best Buy Store and speak to someone in order to get a GS tech to come out. Still not resolved because they can't come until 3/4/20!

The Geek squad mounted my tv on the stand and set it up in my piece of furniture quickly.

Installer was very helpful showing us the features of this TV and very efficient getting the job done.
