I can't say enough about Geek Squad! The agent took his time with us. He setup our TV and hooked up our new Roku and our speakers. He had parts in his work van that we could purchase if we needed anything like cables and even an amplifier if we needed one. That was really nice because if our old amp didn't work we would've had to reschedule our hookup if not for the agent having these things in his work van. This guy came prepared. He had a universal remote in his work van that we purchased. He setup for us and took his time showing us how to use all the special features. It was very helpful!

The technician did an Excellent job! He made certain everything was working and I appreciated him helping me move my old TV to another room. EXCELLENT service.

I was able to take advantage of the holiday pricing for this service. I am glad that I did. I didn't have this service when my first tv arrived damaged. I made sure to get it when I ordered the replacement. It may not like you don't need it, but think about 'white glove' treatment. The peace of mind was worth it. Plus, it was part of the overall plan with additional benefits.

The agent was friendly and professional. He set the tv up and downloaded my streaming apps. Also explained my remote and positioned my three apps together so I wouldn’t have to scroll through all the apps to get to the one I wanted.

Tv Connect by Geek Squad was excellent, the installer was very knowledgeable and set up all necessary passwords and setting on my new TV.

Bobby Rodriguez and his teammate did a great job installing my new TV. They hooked it up and made sure I knew how to operate it. When he asked me if they could help with anything else, I asked him to hook up the old TV in another room. They were happy to do it and, as it turns out, I would not have been able to do it myself because I did not have the correct cable to connect it to my DirecTv. Thank you so much!

Quick and efficient! I believe his name was Ricardo and his partner came in unboxed the tv removed my old tv and got right to work in setting up new tv. They worked as a team set up was smooth and informative showing me correct use of controller and such

2 gentlemen set up my new tv and did an excellent job. Ty went through the controls and options very thoroughly and reassured me I could call him anytime if I had further questions, (fortunately I haven’t but it’s nice knowing I could). He’s a real asset to your company, I’d make sure he’s happy if I was his boss!

Geek Squad installers showed up on time, wore shoe covers so they didn't track dirt into my house, and got the job done efficiently and correctly, all of which I appreciated. Both installers were friendly and were happy to show me how the new TV worked and how to use the remote.

Geek squad service was great. Very nice, knowledgeable, helpful, patient young men. Even returned a personal call the next day, when I had a problem. I do think BB should offer a discount for BB rewards members, when there is not mount. $199 is too expensive, without a mount involved. Excellent rating based on Geek Squad, not BB price.
