These guys were so knowledgeable and efficient. They had us set up in record time, even to our hearing aids!

Sam, the agent, set up my TV and sound bar. He did an excellent job, was very nice, courteous and kept me informed as to what he was doing.

I have always had great experiences with the Geek Squad and this was no different. On time, courteous, and professional. They made suggestions for placement that were better than my original ideas.

Geek Squad was prompt and efficient. Carried off the old one too.

I was disappointed that the " geek squad " just unboxed the tv and installed the legs and plugged it in to make sure it worked. I asked them if they would be able to sync our universal remote but was told they don't do that. We would have to call and make an appointment to have someone else come out and do that, at an extra cost. The last time we purchased a tv from Best Buy they install and hooked up sound system synced a new remote, etc. There's a lot to this tv we didn't know about or still don't know but I'm not wanting to pay, again, to have someone come out and show us. For this review if we don't recommend, then what?

The Geek Squad was able to transport the 65" tv that was too large for my car and set it up in working order and remove the old tv, relieving me of any risk that I might have encountered.

Two Geek Squad members installed and set up our new 55" tv. We couldn't be happier. They were very professional and helpful. The whole procedure went smoothly. I could never have done it that quickly myself.

The 2 Geek Squad installers were on time set installed my television in a timely manner!!! They also answered any questions I had and went the extra effort in making sure I was satisfied!!!

The agent was a nice and friendly and took time teaching me how to use the remote and set up tv remote to operate everything. Erin should get 5 stars on every job

The Geek Squad set up my audio system and it is working very well! Setting up an audio system is much more complicated than one would think so the Geek Squad did an awesome job of making our sound awesome!

We used the mounting bracket the Geek Squad recommended. It was not cheap, but it is definitely solid and will hold a larger tv if we upgrade in screen size. Out tv is a 65" LG.

Great communication keeping us informed of arrival time. Did a wonderful job hooking up the tv and giving instruction on use.

The Agent assisted to mount the TV and did the settings.

The second round of Geek Squad personnel mounted my tv and very much made us at home in reviewing procedures for the operation of the new 55" tv.
