The gentleman who delivered the TV connected it and the satellite and the Firestick. He demonstrated some of the features.

Good service and set up. TV is fine. Factory settings for color is not so good. Sound quality for TV is not so good but with sound bad is good

The agents connected my devices. When it was discovered my subwoofer had been damaged in the move, agent recommended replacement from Best Buy.

My job involved mounting a 50" television. The subcontractor struggled, called for help from another subcontractor. Almost 3 hours later, it was mounted. Job should have taken less than 1 hour if it was done by Geek Squad who mounted my other TV for me!

I cannot imagine having anyone else install my new TV. And now I have them a whole year. They are courteous, informative, took their time to get it right. They gave me just what I wanted!

The two Geek Squad members not only got the set running, they did a thorough job of familiarizing me with the set which was very important since the operator's manual Sony provides is minimal at best.

I'm lousy at tech stuff, and very, very grateful for the Geek Squad. I've had GS help three times, and the agents have always been knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and pleasant. And my dogs likes them.

The installers came in on time, looked at the tv and actually used the stand that i had purchased elsewhere and were still able to hook it up quickly and efficiently. Was very impressed with the service.

The agent finished the set-up and education on how to use the technology, since we did not get that when the tv was installed.

Geek squad did a good job installing my TV but could have spent a little more time explaining the settings. I feel a little lost not knowing if things could be improved on depending what I'm watching.

As one suspects, I sat at the house all day only to learn the original driver was absent. The replacement team delivered my TV after they had completed their deliveries. It may for a LONG day. Thankfully, the installation was very efficiently completed.
