Install was finished and neat and clean, issues were not prepared with right tools for the job. Had to give them assistance with measurements otherwise would have had tv mounted 18" to high. Also were not able to have tv fully operational at time of install had to call another technician for assistance. Guys who came out were friendly but o guess I was expecting a more professional job for what we are paying for. Had a second crew come out and they completwd the job fully. I feel more training on Best buy's side needs to happen in order to competitive with other competition locally

I am very much a technophobe and fear screwing up the modern computerized everything so it was worth it to me to pay the right people to install my TV and make sure it was programmed, etc.

Edgar, from the Geek Squad set it up along with the DVD player. Unfortunately, he did not check to see if the DVD player worked appropriately which it didn't. We had to return it for an exchange and we're now waiting for the new one to arrive.

My tv was set upland I was given a show and tell on how to work the remote which sense got lost but ordered new one. Very pleased with the service.

Geek squad was very fast and professional in setting up my 65" TV. Had TV, all components, and home theater all hooked up in a little over an hour. Checked everything before they left.

The installers set-up the tv quickly and efficiently. They explained the basics and made sure I understood what to do...since I am a senior citizen. Very polite technicians.

I purchased a 77" LG Oled TV and paid for the install. I was very please with the TV choice and getting it installed by the Geek Squad!

They did a great job of setting up the new TV and connecting the components. Showed me how it worked and reviewed the new remote and programed the Dish remotes. Was well worth the price.
