These guys are pros. Set up done in record time with no mess left behind in half hour. they took the time to show us how to get started.

The 2 people were very knowledgeable and helpful They set it up quickly and explained how to take advantage of all the tv benefits.

TV is great, everything I expected it to be, but not so much for the installation. had the geek squad set the TV up for me since I had surgery so I could not lift the TV. I bought the TV on 11/30 and was to have it delivered on 12/5, but the stand was defective so they had to take the TV back. the scheduling on the system was messed up and it seemed like no one knew what to do to get the system corrected. I ended up getting my TV almost 3 weeks later. Not a good experience. they did give me a $150 gift card for the delay though.

Gregg was the technician he was superb. He did so well I didn't have to buy anything else to improve my sound. I would like to request Gregg for all my needs from Geek Squad in the future

The Geek Squad set up my TV & paired it to my remote. They also configured it to my WiFi.

A member of the Geek Squad arrived on time. He set up the Samsung 50" TV and took extra time to explain everything to me and my wife. I offered him a tip; he declined, saying it was against the rules.

The technicians installed my new TV and connected the existing DVD Player, soundbar and sub-woofer to perfection.

Agent was great, took about 10 minutes to unbox and set everything up.

Set up went well and they removed all the packaging. Answered all our questions and got our remotes set up. They were careful around our belongings close to the set up area.
