Professional all the way across the board. Setting up a TV is not necessarily a difficult task. But when you purchase a large expensive TV you do not want to take the chance that you did something wrong and it does not work after you set it up. With Geek Squad set up if it is not working when they are done they will take care of it right away. Quick, clean, and professional. They called when they were in transit with an estimated arrival time and they were early.

I was very impressed with the level of skill, knowledge, and professionalism demonstrated by the guy who delivered & set up the TV. When I get another TV, I will want to use Geek again.

Christian was very knowledgeable and arrived on time. He explained how YouTube tv worked and made sure I understood how to find it in the apps. He also said if I had problems with tiling, it could be we would need a new modem because I was still using the one from Spectrum and I had 3 tvs, an Alexa, a Ring doorbell and my phone all on it.

THE AGENTS WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS,CONSIDERATE AND VERY CAPABLE. THEY UNPACKED AND SET-UP MY 77 INCH OLED LG TV AND MY BOSE 900 SOUND BAR. THEY MADE SURE THE EQUIPMENT WAS OPERATING PROPERLY, INSTRUCTED ME IN THE USE OF THE REMOTES AND OTHER DEVICES AND REMOVED ALL PACKAGING IN A VERY EFFICIENT MANNER. IT WAS A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THE SERVICE AGAIN.

Great help, set up and hauled away old tv, excellent service and so friendly, made sure everything was done and that I understood everything before they left.

The fellows that delivered my TV brought it in, removed it from the box, set it up properly and made sure it worked properly. They took the box and wrapping materials out. Then gave me sound advice saying "you can get used to your new TV by just playing around with it"! Sage advice!

The delivery men called to let me know they were on their way. They helped move my old TV, then set up the new one including doing all of the settings (which would have taken a lot of reading and time and I probably wouldn't have gotten them all right). They were efficient and knew what they were doing. They did a great job.

We bought a 55" Samsung Q60A Series QLED 4K TV. I had some issues getting everything wired to work correctly, including my aging but still great-sounding Yamaha sound system (purchased from Best Buy in 2004). I grudgingly payed for Geek Squad assistance. I found that their assistance made my life much easier and was well worth the fee. The squad member quickly figured out a bypass to make the sound system work easily for the cable, DVD, and Fire Stick.

Agent called and confirmed the time they were coming .Brought the ty and assembled it here. Placed it on my cabinet and connected everything up. Programmed my Dish remote to operate the new tv. Carried the old tv out and put it in back of my suv. They were very professional and polite!

The geek squad is always so courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable and were able to get all our new tv connected to our older receiver and surround sound system along with our record player and CD player (yes, we still use those) in a short amount of time so that we did not have to learn a lot of new technology.

The agents connected the router to the internet, set up the computer, installed some software in the phone and the computer, connected the streaming sticks on all the TV's and set up a new TV. They worked quickly and efficiently.

We bought a Samsung QLED 65" and we wanted the agents to help us set it up. The service was great. They worked fast and they cleaned the messy to make sure there's no unused papers, cardboard, styrofoam, etc. They set up the tv as we wanted. They were also polite and patiently explained to us how the tv worked. We were happy the tv was ready to use. My husband and I are not handy persons. Hiring the Geek squad was the best option for us. We knew we had to spend money on their service but as long as the service met our expectations we didn't mind it.

The Geek squad techs removed old TV, installed new TV to stand, and set up to Cable and sound bar quickly and easily. Also I asked them to give me a tutorial so would know how to use the basic channels and apps I use. Great service and very helpful. Was covered under my plan so no extra service charge.
