The installers arrived on time and installed my television in record time. They even had a good laugh while my pet cat played inspector with them.

Agent was on time and courteous. I would have liked a little more clarity on using the cable remote with the TV.

Agents were great! Connected and set up our TV in a timely manner.

The agent delivering and setting up our new LG 55” OLED TV caught me off guard as he came in trying to show me how he could improve the picture in the Samsung QLED Q70 55 inch TV that we had elected to return for the LG BX 55” OLED TV which he had on the truck. Was quite confusing to have him try to get us to consider keeping the SAMSUNG that we were dissatisfied with. The new LG cost quite a bit more than the Samsung we were returning so BB would not have made as big a profit if we had kept the Samsung. After we firmly stated that we wanted the LG TV on the truck, he did a good job of getting it set up and returning the Samsung to the store.

I was promised a written report of the Geek Squad evaluation so I had documentation for my records. It is now December 18th and I have not received a report. My TV is still under warranty and it is likely this issue is not solved.

The Geek Squad installed my TV & connected all my devices & programmed my remotes. They also took my old TV & the box that the new one came in, & they were very friendly & polite.

As always I get the help I ask for. Even if I have a stupid question, they answer with respect and kindness. thank you

Geek Squad employee delivered and setup two 50" Tv's. He had to carry them up one flight of steps and set each one up. The Geek Squad employee was well trained and had no problem with this Order.

No time and knowledgeable, did a good job. Both men were gentlemen.

TVs are becoming inexpensive with a beautiful picture. Samsung is unsurpassed in picture quality. Worth paying just a few dollars more for the extra pixels.

The agent set up the tv very fast. He was very knowledgeable about the features. He set up our apps so we can get the most out of tv.
