    The Squad members arrived on time. They had the TV set up, connected to the DVD player and cable box in quick time. They showed me how to use my remote. Quality work efficiently done.

    Geek Squad was on time and carefully set up my TV. Unfortunately I needed a DVR set up so they could not program the TV fully. They cleaned up after themselves and were polite and friendly..

    I paid to have the mount Installed on my TV. They did a wonderful job. They also connected the TV in the bedroom that I bought to the necessary cable box and cable wiring. Outstanding customer service.

    Beat Buy installer delivered the TV, installed the TV in my cabnet, connected my wireless head phones to the TV. Installer removed the old TV and all the packing from the new TV.

    I figured it was worth the small additional cost to have the Geek Squad guys do all the hook ups while they were there delivering the TV. Was a good choice for me, very happy with their service!
