    The agent installed both tvs and the large tv stand. He connected all the accessories and was an extremely pleasant individual, He worked quickly and was unfettered by the tv which was broken in transit by an outside vendor.

    Geek Squad came in to mount my 70" TV on a cinder block wall. Guy broke my TV stand, but order a new one for me and came to put it together once it arrived at no additional cost. Very friendly and accommodating.

    This is my first Smart TV and connecting any TV to my Spectrum Cable and it’s remote is always challenging so for me, it was well worth the money to have a professional deliver and install it.

    Great service - rep showed up on time and did all that was asked and yes took away old Samsung that burnt out - wasn't even 6 year old! Geek Squad was very nice and easy going.
