Exemplary tech service. Attention to detail. Friendly, knowledgable, and setup to end was very quick. Explained how to operate remote, showed how to access different features of the TV. Removed all debris, boxes, wrapping...etc. Absolutely recommend!

The Geek Squad mounted the Television set satisfactorilly. After waiting weeks for delivery the geeks did their job well. Delivery suffered several delays because the Gresham, OR store kept delaying withoput a good explanation and it turned out they didn't have the TV in stock

The agents set up and installed all the devices. They instructed us on how to use the remote, being very patient with us! Agents were very knowledgeable and friendly. Great job!!

I was a little leary about buying this service, but I was buying a very expensive OLED TV and wanted it set up by professionals and make sure everything was working, so I added this service. In addition to the installation, all my remotes were programmed to work with the TV, DVD player and Sound Bar. Plus all of the cables were bundled and hidden as best they could, which kept my wife happy. These gentlemen were prompt, keeping me notified when they would arrive, were courteous and made sure I was pleased before they left. Worth the money this time.

The agent set up my TV quickly and answered all my questions. This was a set up for my Mom through my Total Tech membership and worked out great. My mom is so happy with the service and her brand new TV. The agent was helpful in letting my mom know that her cable digital box was no longer working and told her she should call and get a new one.

Brett and Jacob were phenomenal. My son still remembers their names! Arrived on time, set-up was quick and they were patient with my "old-school" questions. Would definitely have them deliver and set-up for me again. Thank you guys!

Great picture and smart TV functions are easy to use.

The two technicians who installed my new Sony Bravia were fast, efficient and very knowledgable. They flawlessly paired the TV with my wireless modem, 4K Blu-Ray player, Bose soundbar and headphones. After the installation, they removed the old set and new TV's packing for recycling. As a final step, they explained how to access all of the settings and apps available with the Bravia. Overall, a great experience!

My Samsung TV died went to Best Buy looked at several models. Choose 65 in TCL Smart TV for bright bold color. Excellent price also purchased 5 year warranty. Have it hooked up to Apple TV remote plus sound bar. Picture is great. Price under $500.

Everything went great. New Tv unboxed and up and running. Installation of You Tube and FRNDLy apps for streaming was great.

The two Geek Squad technicians quickly set up my new TV including providing an HDMI cord when it became clear that I did not have one. They also were very generous in showing me how to use the remote and the various functions as this is my first smart TV. Excellent service. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and hooked up everything and then proceeded to explain everything to me on how to operate the new tv.

The team came and set up my TV to my liking. They showed me how to work it and all the special features it has. They took away the old TV which a key reason I got them. They cleaned up everything and took away all of the containers.

The team that installed our television were both very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were through in the explanation of how the tv worked along with the features that it has. Also noticed that our router wasn't strong enough for the products that we have and was able to point us in the right direction for a new one, and was also a "Deal of the Day". Highly recommend!

The technician arrived on time, studied the place where the TV stand was, and then brought in the box. He was careful with the technical details and explained everything clearly. He was also mindful of the aesthetic of the placement. He was very efficient with the installation, which was done in a short amount of time. He had helpful technical suggestions. In addition, he was respectful of my home: moved carefully around the furniture and wore plastic booties to spare the carpet. He was courteous and cheerful. He made my day!
