The Geek Squad delivered, unpacked, and hooked up my TV with great care and professionalism. They patiently answered my questions and explained how to use the remote control.

Great customer service. They mounted my 85'' TV with no issues. Also took the time to setup, explain & and cleanup.

Chris was excellent at setting up and programming my new set. He was thorough at explaining features new to me and made sure I was comfortable using them. There was an issue with my wifi and he problem-solved until he found the solution. He was patient and knowledgeable.

The 2 men were prompt, professional and courteous. They removed my big old tv , moved the stand , unloaded the new set , set it up and connected it all very quickly and showed me how it worked and answered my questions.

The customer service was awesome. In the morning I received a call that they were 1 person short and couldn't get to my home until the afternoon. He remained in contact providing me updates of his ETA. Granted this messed up my original plans however I appreciated the transparency. Once the TV guy arrived he quickly mounted my tv flawlessly in my brand new home. The technician was very knowledgeable and found a solution due to the stud placement. Highly recommend.

Geek squad removed old tv and installed new one. On second visit they determined it was defective and ordered me a new one. On third visit they installed the new tv, removed the dvd/vcr player and installed the new Blu-ray player. They did a number of adjustments and analysis to make sure the tv, player, and streaming services were all compatible and worked properly. I appreciate that they stuck with it and kept coming until they got it all to function properly. Thanks geek squad.

The Geek squad at Best Buy is the best, very knowable people and they take their time with us old people showing us how to change the channels and look up programs that we wanted to see. They made no mess and took the empty boxes with them when they left. These people know what they are doing and do it very well. I can highly recommend the Geek squad.

My guys did a great job. It barely fit into my basement and these guys went above and beyond. Doing a "test run" we found that I had to make more accommodations by removing the handrail for my stairs. They learned which way the TV had to be angled to clear the stairwell and the guy on the bottom had to controls over 160 lbs. of TV. 100" TV into a basement. Great job Best Buy!

The set up person did a wonderful job. This was a swap out deal where the original TV (Toshiba 55L621U) was not the right TV for my 85 year old mother who lives in assisted living in Spring Lake MI and I purchased the original set in Lansing and brought it up to her and set it up for her. She was not happy with the volume or having to re-select the input every time she turned the set on. I worked out the swap at the Lansing store and the Muskegon store picked up the Toshiba and set up the Insignia 55DR710NA17 for her. She was very happy with service provided. I am also very happy with the service since it saved me a 300 mile round trip to swap out the TVs.

Despite the difficult spot the agent did a great job quick and easy, also helpful in explaining the use of the remotes, which was Greatly Appreciated.

Tech came on time. Very skilled. Since I am not able to move the old TV out and set in the new one it was worth the money. The $60 charge to ug in the DVD player was excessive.

The team came and set up my TV to my liking. They showed me how to work it and all the special features it has. They took away the old TV which a key reason I got them. They cleaned up everything and took away all of the containers.

Team came in and were polite and quick to get to work. The setup was done about 2 years ago and never had an issue.
