    The two Installers were very nice, professional and had the New TV unwrapped, mounted and installed in very short time period. Showed us the New TV Remote and how to navigate.....

    Geek Squad was great. They were punctual, friendly, professional, knowledgeable hooked up the TV, transferred and hooked up the tv we were moving and cleaned up after themselves.

    Geek squad had some difficulty setting it up. I still have problems sometimes changing channels. It’s not a smart tv

    I've depended on Geek Squad for years and they've never let me down. When the tech set up the sound bar and satellite speakers, he programmed everything on my cable remote. I couldn't be happier.

    The geek squad guys were very good. Complicated setuup was done very smoothly. Wall mounting was done very expertly . Part of why Best Buy is better than Amazon.

    Michael is a great store Manager he listens to the customer and makes sure to make it right. The Geek Squad staff that does the tv mounting on the wall are also amazing.
