The agent removed my TV that was mounted to the wall and set it into an entertainment center.

The squad set up the TV and connected new soundbar, bass and Blue Ray. Very professional.

OK. So the technician showed up on time and completed all that he was asked to do. No problem. Communication was "average"; he really didn't explain well what we needed to know to operate the TV. We are senior citizens and technology is probably more complicated for us. No one - on-line or on phone - has been able to explain why we need both Geek Squad and Total Tech Support. In both cases, it is obvious the "customer service reps" have limited command of English and probably didn't understand, in writing or verbally, my query. So, I'm paying a lot of money for support that is pretty difficult to obtain and have explained.

The guys delivered my new tv, hooked it up and removed the old tv. On time, fast, efficient. Their English was minimal but we were able to communicate ok.

I was really happy with the job "the Geek Squad" did installing my smart tv, and showing me how to use it. They were very personable, and would be welcomed in my home again.

The team moved a 52" set to another room & installed my new 56" in it's place. They even cleaned & dusted the area before installing either set!

If you need help setting your home entertainment set up and your not sure if you can do it, just get geek guys to do it. They where in and out by 30 min. and everything worked great!!!

Masterful job connecting TV and sound bar. Also got all systems firing with my wi-fi system and showed me how to troubleshoot if a problem arose. Couldn't Have asked for better service.
