The installer set up my new TV and conected it to cable, and tape and DVD players. The picture and sound are excellent. A+ product!

Sam was wonderful but I believe that Best Buy needs to send out two people to set up the larger televisions. My husband needed to assist due to the size of the TV. Not Sam’s fault at all.

The geek squad members are always prompt courteous and very professional one of the installers was the same one that had installed our 55” tv two years earlier.

They called ahead of time, came on time, were friendly, professional and fast. Explained what they were doing and reviewed what was done. Great work, took all the trash too.

I am very happy with the delivery and hookup of my TV, however I would like to have it done sooner than the week it took to do it. My old TV was almost dead and I had no picture to see for a week. I would like to have had it delivered sooner, even if a higher cost was necessary.

Our elevator was broken and the Geek Squad carried the LG to our 3rd floor and replaced our new TV over the fireplace. These 2 guys were outstanding. I was very impressed.

Overall rating not excellent. It was poor. Installers not trained, didn’t have right parts and didn’t clean up.
