My Samsung TV died went to Best Buy looked at several models. Choose 65 in TCL Smart TV for bright bold color. Excellent price also purchased 5 year warranty. Have it hooked up to Apple TV remote plus sound bar. Picture is great. Price under $500.

Thank you to Philip and Jose from Geek Squad in Southern California who helped to resolve my delivery issues and get us all set up. After a much anticipated delivery, the two agents showed up with my new television, connected, and set up my new Sony BRAVIA A9S flawlessly. They made what was an unpleasant situation easier, and I am thankful for their ability to resolve an issue and simultaneously exceed my expectations with my new purchase!

Our installer was wonderful. She did an excellent, fast job setting up our new TV. She was very knowledgeable and was great at explaining the set up and operation very clearly.

The Geek Squad spent less than 1 hour doing set up on my TV and affiliated systems that would have taken me 8 hours. Fast, knowledgeable, and professional. Would use again for sure.

The 2 Geek Squad techs that came to my home were great wore their masks, shoe covers, very polite. They took down my previous plasma and removed from my home, unpacked and set up my new TV, one of the the techs did a outstanding job neatly rolled excess wires with zip ties, and electrical tape in the back of TV. The other tech installed my apps for me, hooked up sound system, and blu-ray player with my universal remote. They left no mess behind, even discarded large empty box, and Styrofoam packing for me.

The agents came on time and took down the old TV and put up the new one. It was well packed and they were very careful to take care. After it was set up, one of the gentleman stayed to program the TV, set up my apps, and make sure everything was going to work perfectly without struggling through it myself. Thank you!

I am so very grateful for the service from Michael at GeekSquad! He was funny, calm, best of all diligent and able to quickly install the mount and tv. He reported the issue and helped me move forward getting a replacement. He was then able to come back out and reinstall the new tele that worked like a charm! Glad you guys have someone like him on your team~!

The person that delivered the TV was very nice did a great job! He showed me everything that I needed to do with the TV also we helped me with my Netflix and prime and peacock and Disney plus. Service was great!

The two tech people were fantastic. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. They connected the sound bar and all of the streaming services we have. They also explained accurately the functions of the tv control device.

bought a 55inch 4k tv from best buy. They delivered it set it up connected all my wifi,router, and checked for updates. all for $99!! great service, great price, u can't beat it!!

The Geek Squad mounted the Television set satisfactorilly. After waiting weeks for delivery the geeks did their job well. Delivery suffered several delays because the Gresham, OR store kept delaying withoput a good explanation and it turned out they didn't have the TV in stock
