Get Squad provided excellent service. They were quite knowledgable, and efficient service. They explained what they were doing, and answered all my questions after explains the operation to me.

Technician who set up and installed our tv was great. Set it up and stayed to answer all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with all the features.

Anthony from Geek Squad did his thing in about a 1/2 hour. It probably took hime longer than that to instruct me how to use.

Geek Squad mounted my 75" tv along with the mount. They did a great job, very quick. They put it exactly where I asked. Looks great.

Very nice t.v. for the money. However, be aware that it is not exactly compatible with Comcast.It took three techs from Comcast and one Geek Squad to work with Comcast on;y using the remote control from Comcast. Very confusing if you are not a tech person.

Didn't connect to all my things said they could only connect 3 things seem like they were in a hurry to leave i was there first customer of the day

The agents that came to hook up my tv were very cordial and very professional . But they were unable to hook my tv because they informed me I would have to purchase a wall mount because it would not fit on my stand

Agents set up TV and briefly explained. After a couple of weeks use it became apparent that there would be a longer then expected learning curve. One example, how do you uninstall Google TV.
