    Very personable. Did not explain much how tv worked. Did not have long cord for sound on his truck. Not sure write up for install was correct.

    TV picture good. They installed the tv in a very lazy fashion. The wires were sticking out the front instead of being hidden in the back of the tv (almost touching the cocktail table!).

    Very professional and courteous. I like the fact that my TV was set up with no worries of damage and ready to go with the press of the ON button after I sit in my recliner. Well worth it.
