The service man that came to my home, on time, did a marvelous job. He did not leave until I was hooked up in every way.

TV was delivered in a timely manner. However, setup left a lot to be desired. For some reason I thought it would be installed by a technician from the Geek Squad since I also subscribed to a multi-year contract for services. At this time, one month later, I use the LG control to turn on and control volume plus navigate through the different menus. I use the Dish control to change channels for Dish and to pause the program, cannot control sound with this control. Navigating the various choices is by trial and error. I have been very disappointed with this service, or really lack of service.

The Geek Squad was very professional in every way. Very knowledgeable, they explained how to use the features of the Samsung Curved Television, how to navigate through the apps, good job.

I am still waiting to get the TV fully connected to my hearing aids. This is the main reason I got a new TV - I wanted to be able to use it with my hearing aids. They did a basic installation. The crew were very friendly. The Geek Squad was super. However I need a digital to analog convertor to connect to my hearing aids. In addition, there is another piece we need. Antonio is working on this. I had made an appointment to follow up on the installation because I could not initially get in touch with Antonio. When I did get in touch with Antonio, he told me to cancel this appointment. He will call me when all the parts are in. I wasted over an hour today trying to cancel this appointment. The office staff and on line support are horrendous. The online appointment feature was not available for some reason. Antonio and his team get 5 stars. The office support and web site appointment feature barely get 1 star. The reason they even get 1 star is because I cannot give them any lower.I have nothing but rave reviews for the Geek Squad. I used Best Buy when I purchased my MAC in 2012.I was delighted with the support. I want to buy a computer now and I am questioning if Best Buy is my solution. The Jury is out .

The technician installed my new Samsung TV in less than 15 minutes and he answered all my questions he also adjusted the colors to my liking!!!

Great guys who answered all questions and showed how to operate the remote.
