    since the 1st tv as broken I had to go back to the store and order a different one geek squad brought it to me in 2 days and set it up

    The Geek Squad showed up when scheduled and did everything we needed. They even had to go back to the store for a different mounting because we bought the wrong one. Great service.

    The technicians did a great job of setting up my new tv, a 75in. Samsung tv. They set it up, explained the tech of it so that it was easy to understand.

    It was to connect my headphone to the tv. I am partly handicapped and needed help to make the connection. Theguys are good but it cost me 176.00 in addition to my annual 199.00 !! So i will have to cancel my annual since i only need people at my house if needed because handicap and hearing problem. I went to geeksquad in the shop for years but cannot do anymore

    The technician worked at my house for hours setting everything up, teaching me how to use everything. Really worth the expense for someone who cannot possibly set up on her own!
