    The workers did a very good job of connecting all of our electronics when the TV was installed (Blu-ray, receiver, gaming system, CD player). However, they did not arrive in the window provided by Best Buy scheduling, which kept me hostage for most of the day.

    Lisa did a great job. Explained how everything worked. Cleaned up everything and hauled the old analog TV away. Which was my biggest concern. It was a big, heavy puppy.
