    I have 2 Sony TV's. One was set up by Jack. Later called him back to make some adjustments and to optimize performance. Great technician & great results.

    The only thing I would recommend is make sure your cables are at least 10 feet long if you're having your TV mounted to a wall and having the cables come out of the wall down below.

    Some of the newer electronics are a bit confusing but the Geek Squad crew did a fast and comprehensive installation of my new television and had it working in no time.

    OK like I mentioned in my other reviews. They sell you a combined service to run wires, connect the TV using a few wires, and then mounting the TV. If you can’t do this or just lazy and spend the money and look the opposite way LOL
