    This product is everything the salesperson said it would be. The initial setup took some time because of remote programming issues. The geek squad finally resolved all issues.

    The guys came in and set up the TV and they took the time to show me how to use the ruku. They hooked up the dvd player and cable with no problem.

    Unless your electronic savey you need this. They showed up on time and hung our TV. I had a quick tutorial then he cleaned up the boxes and took them with him. Painless.

    The setup on our 75" Samsung TV went well but we got an Apple TV for Christmas and it is causing some issues. The Geek Squad is here today to resole the issue.

    Over install went well. Tech called in advance per agreed time. All equipment - new tv plus previously owned equipment - all connected correctly. Only glitch - tv was not connected to wireless. Surprised that this was overlooked. Otherwise good experience.

    David was an expert in getting the TV installed. He gave us lots of helpful hints and went the extra mile in getting the cable behind the bookshelves.
