    I'm too old to carry in my 55" tv and set it up in my room. I hired the Geek Squad to do it for me. They did a good job, one I could not do by myself. Now I'm fat and happy with my new TV. Ain't life grand!

    This was a good group that connected the devices. With the faulty items they have to come out twice. So I was without tv for about a week. Luckily I reconnected the old devices and got the pictures up in about two days.

    Neal was excellent. He left and the tv did a down load which made the picture huge. Neal called to see how things were and came right back to make it right. Did his job ++++

    When a new television is purchased, it is worth thinking about to get the installation service. Not a necessity to add on, but more of precaution to prevent any oopsies.
