    Good service from Geek squad. They didn't have to do much, but I had to have them deliver and setup in order for them to take away my old tv. Not sure that part of the service was really worth it.

    Purchased a new receiver and needed to set it up with TV and other components - Spencer E was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. Made sure I understood how everything worked.

    Installers set the TV on our stand but had to be told to center it so it looked nice. They hooked up most of the wires but we had to replace/pay for a new wire that was lost during the installation. When asked about a user manual for the TV they didn't know enough to tell us that it was not a hard copy but an online manual. Hope to never have them install anything for me again. The installers were NOT geek squad personnel
