    The agents were very informed on all the features my TV had to offer. They even corrected an issue where my cable wasn't in full 1080 HD mode.

    The geek squad took the tv out of the box and connected the cable and two plugs. However, he was not able to connect it to my vcr. He said I would have to call Comcast and they could walk me through it.

    We purchased a Sony 65 inch 4kTV and had the Geek Squad install it. It allowed us to enjoy the new TV without the hassle and frustration of setting it up ourselves.
