    Had the Geek Squad come to our house to help convert older tv's to smart tvs. The conclusion was to buy new and we returned the Roku to Best Buy. Thanks for the help!

    I had tried to reconnect the device as instructed by Xfinity but it did not work satisfactory. Geek Squad solved problem quite easily.
