Very nice Tv but very unhappy with the set up that no one came out to in struck me with the how and what with the control. Still trying to learn everything

Geek Squad did such a great job integrating some existing speakers into my home theater system before a party. They were prompt, courteous and my sound system sounds great.

I'm not fully understanding how the yearly membership cost and fees, how this is juxtaposed as against those encured costs...

Geek Squad came out and determined that our tv was working fine but our cable connection was not strong enough to do anything with. They recommended that we get with our service provider to get things fixed first.

The installer got the TV up and running auickly and accurately. My wifi wasn't strong enough to reach it. He said he would send me a job report with recommendations for how I should enhance the wifi, but I never heard from him or BestBuy again.

I believe the value I got for the price I was charged was not good. I did not need a complete set up. I needed to have someone show me how to get my TV back to normal. Your techs were at our house for 8 minutes, pushed two buttons, and the issue was corrected. That cost $216.00? I was very disappointed that I was charged so much for such a small bit of expertise. When I placed the order, I explained all this to the person taking the order. The techs did correct the problem, I just do not think I got a$216.00 worth of value.
